This is an important and challenging role. As the global market leader in our industry, we’re dealing with majority of the top ten pharmaceutical companies in the world. Our clients are demanding, and we strive to deliver excellence. A core component of being able to deliver projects that match our clients’ expectations is our trusted bank of freelancers.

- Ensure any relevant process documentation is kept up to date
- Complete offer letters and contracts using information provided via internal proforma’s

- Sourcing new freelance talent

**What we’d like to see from you**:

- Previous experience in an administrative role, not necessarily recruitment related
- Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
- Strong interpersonal skills
- A willingness to learn
- A good understanding of the Microsoft Office suite
- An approachable, friendly attitude

**What you can expect from us**

A supportive and challenging environment in which you will have the opportunity to learn, grow, and make an impact that matters. We put a huge investment into #LYNXLife and our #LXAcademy internal programmes. It’s a unique initiative that aims to reward hard work, reduce pressures, and ensure that we can all enjoy our time at Lynx.
