**Job Title: Senior Scheduling Specialist**

**Location: Slough, hybrid working**

- You'll be effectively the number two in the team, responsible for the scheduling of all our amazing Trainers and Instructors, and of ensuring that our courses are all being fully utilised. Other key elements of the role are:
- Liaise with sales teams to fulfil all training requirements.
- Ensure effective use of QA’s Instructors and Training Centres.
- Manage all Internal trainer schedules
- Diary management of QA trainers.
- Ensure adequate cover is provided for trainer sickness and holiday requests.

**So, what about you?**
- You need to have been a decision maker
- With great negotiation skills,
- Experience of working out financials and P&L
- And superb data-and-trend analytic skills.
- Oh, and you’ll definitely need to be a multi-tasker

Scheduling has some process driven tasks, but also encompasses a lot of initiative, analysis and decision making. We're looking for people who have a proven track record in juggling many requirements and who can make informed decisions from day one.
