Data Quality Officer - Band 4

Working from home (may be required to visit Trust sites)

37.5 hours per week

12 month Fixed Term Post

Due to maternity leave we are looking for an enthusiastic, highly organised individual who has experience of NHS clinical systems to join the Information Department on a fixed term 12-month basis. The post holder will be responsible for providing information across the Teams in the Trust on the accurate completion of fields within the clinical systems, and the wider implications of the accuracy of this data.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Have responsibility for data quality within business-critical clinical systems
- Support the Information Team in the development and implementation of national datasets
- Set up, produce, and validate data quality reports to support information and service teams in maintaining key performance mechanisms for the early identification of adverse performance
- To assist in the retrieval, collation, presentation, and dissemination of data from any data system, as well as initiating and carrying out any data quality projects.

Coventry and Warwickshire Partnership Trust provides a full range of expanding physical, mental health and learning disability services to children, young adults, adults and older adults over many sites across Coventry, Warwickshire and Solihull.

Services are provided to a population of over one million people living in Coventry and Warwickshire and also a wider geographical area in some of our specialist services, we see on average around 5,000 patients every day.

**Key Skills required**:

- Experience of working and understanding of NHS clinical systems
- Advanced keyboard skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office packages
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with an ability to keep motivated and work as a team
- Excellent attention to detail, and understanding of the need for confidentiality in all aspects of the work of the department
