**What you’ll be doing**:

- Using AutoCAD, you’ll be responsible for supporting the effective running and management of an operational commercial estate portfolio.
- You’ll maintain relationships with 3rd party suppliers and work closely with a variety of other areas of the business.
- You’ll work with our Health & Safety team to make sure all statuary compliance requirements are met and managed effectively as well as assist in liaising and managing any property related order requests.

**What you’ll have**:

- Proven experience in general construction and fit out management, ideally from a trade background.
- Ability to use AutoCAD is essential.
- NVQ Level 5 in Construction Site Management or similar.
- In-depth understanding of construction procedures and material and project management principles.
- Sound knowledge of Building Regulations.
- Familiarity with quality and health and safety standards.
- Familiarity with construction/ project management software such as MS Project.
- **Due to the travel requirements of the role, a full clean driving licence is required.**
