**Dorking and Hybrid Role**

**£23,000 per annum**

We are recruiting for a Customer Service Advisor to join our team, supporting our customers with their servicing and repair enquiries. You will be answering inbound calls and following up initial enquiries to book engineers appointments in with the customer,ensuring that you complete all system administration. You’ll deliver a friendly and effective service to customers using our home services.

In this varied role, you will handle a wide range of telephone queries covering insurance claims, chargeable work, water and wastewater account enquiries. You will provide advice and information on the services we provide, handle complaints professionallyand effectively and promote the benefits of our services to our existing customers.

Additionally, you will:

- Help coordinate and schedule work for our Mobile Engineers
- Liaise with Wholesalers to resolve customer queries
- Identify opportunities to up-sell or cross-sell services
- Liaise with third-party providers to ensure all work is completed within agreed timescales

You will be working on a hybrid basis on a rota system covering shifts from Monday to Sunday between 6am and 9pm working 40 hours per week across 5 days.

**What we offer**:

- Salary ofup to£23,000 per annumDOE
- Up to 10% employer contribution towards Aviva's Group Personal Pension Plan
- Working hours: 40 hours per week Monday to Sunday between 6am and 9pm. We do ask for some flexibility to support the team with sickness and holiday cover.

**About you**:

- A good telephone manner
- The ability to remain calm under pressure
- Good organisation and multitasking skills
- Excellent computer skills
- Previous experience in a call centre environment
- A customer service background

A background in insurance would be desirable.
