We are looking for a Team Leader who has a genuine passion for care and who want to make a difference to the lives of the people we support by. As a Team Leader you will:
- Provide high quality, personalised support in line with support plans
- Provide guidance and support to junior members and new starters
- Lead by example and lead shifts when required
- Assist with rota management where required
- Observe and monitor the wellbeing of the individuals we support

Ability to commute/relocate:
- Herne Hil, SE24 9HU: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
**Experience**:
- providing care: 1 year (preferred)
- supervisory: 1 year (preferred)
Licence/Certification:
- Driving Licence (preferred)
- NVQ Level 2 Health & Social Care (preferred)
Work authorisation:
- United Kingdom (required)
