**Programme**
- Produce a construction programme
- Schedule Sub-contractor required date
- Schedule material required date
- Weekly over view of progress against target programme
**Operatives**
- Control and manage all operatives on site
- Motivate to achieve best results and output
**Sub-Contractors**
- Attend Pre-Order meeting
- Carry out pre-start meetings (with minutes if necessary), implement actions as necessary
- Hold Weekly meetings to review progress & quality
- Flag up any potential issues early so that these can be addressed before having any impact on programme or quality
- Understand and monitor exact scope of works for all Subcontractors
**Materials**
- Advise Buyer on materials required and provide detailed specification and quantities, take off as necessary. Check deliveries and take offs at all times
- Call off materials from orders placed by buyer
**Design & Design Team**
- Review design and drawings and provide comments/feedback to Design Team, document as necessary
- Lead the Design team to obtain accurate and timely information
- Highlight additional elements of design that are required early and communicate to Design Team
**Health & Safety**
- Implement H & S on site (Zero tolerance)
- Carry out inductions for all Operatives & Subcontractors
- Chase RAM’s from Sub-contractor
- Assess RAM’s & make sure that everything is in place before any work is commenced
