An exciting opportunity has arisen within National Accident Repair Group the UK’s office in Blisworth, Northamptonshire.

We oversee thousands of claims and repairs nationwide every year and count some of the industry’s leading names among our clients and members. The position is at our offices in Blisworth Northamptonshire.
**Job purpose**
**Qualifications and Position Traits**
- Must have proven previous experience within office administration
- Exceptional organisational skills, with a methodical and delivery focused approach.
- Excellent attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
- Experience in setup and operating Teams, Zoom and other conferencing systems
- Excellent spelling, written and grammar skills.
- Excellent communication skills.
- The ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Positive & self-motivated
- Change embracing & solution orientated
- Ability to ‘think outside the box’
**Required attributes and skills**
You will need the following skills to be successful in the role.
- Must have a minimum of 2 years of office administration experience
- High level of IT skills including in using Microsoft packages such as Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint to produce a range of documents, including presentations
- Excellent customer service is imperative
- Able to work on multiple projects simultaneously
- Able to work in a team, under pressure and to tight deadlines
- Problem resolution
- To work independently without direction when required.
**Additional requirements**
It would be an advantage to the role if you can have proven skills in
- Working knowledge of Google Analytics and Facebook advertising and marketing
- Some experience in working with LinkedIn
- Experience in preparing processes and policies
