Administrative Assistant

Coastline Plumbing and Heating Supplies are seeking a friendly, enthusiastic and reliable administrative assistant at our site in Creekmoor, Poole, on a part-time basis.
Knowledge of the plumbing industry and prior bookkeeping/ office administration experience would be advantageous.
**Duties and responsibilities**
Your day-to day role will be to assist the Finance Manager in the upkeep of financial records by:
- Printing purchase ledger paperwork ready for processing
- Entering stock purchase invoices into our system against purchase orders, and raising any queries that arise.
- Filing processed purchase invoices and receipts
- Printing and checking monthly supplier statements against the purchase ledger, and assisting with resolving any discrepancies
- Printing and posting monthly customer statements and invoices
Additionally, you will assist with answering phone calls during busy periods and effectively relaying messages to the appropriate staff, and any other administrative tasks, as needed.
**Skills**
- Excellent attention to detail and organisation skills
- Strong computer literacy - (Knowledge of Microsoft excel including V-lookups would be advantageous, but is not essential)
- Must be able to work independently and as part of a team
- Ability to manage own workload and reprioritise tasks effectively
- Great written and verbal communication skills
