Our client, a leading independent agent in the Southwest, is looking for an experienced
**Commercial Property**
**Manager **to lead their Commercial Management department based from the South Hams, Devon. Joining this successful company you will oversee an existing mixed portfolio and take advantage of my client's network of offices and significant client base to expand the business. With 5 plus years of demonstrable experience your strong organisational and management traits will enable you deliver on my client's expectations as the head of your own small team.
**Responsibilities for this Commercial Property Manager role will include**:

- Expanding the existing business
- Developing current and new client relationships
- Team management and leadership
- Manage an existing mixed portfolio
- Provide professional tenant and landlord advice and service

**Skills & Experience for this Commercial Property Manager role**:

- 5 years relevant experience
- RICS qualified or similar
- Contract management
- Landlord and tenant specialist
- Strong compliance and regulation knowledge
