The Shrine of Our Lady of Walsingham requires a Full-Time Maintenance Assistant.

To carry out maintenance, repair, and alteration work on the various properties owned by the Shrine - predominantly Painting and Decorating.

Must have a good working knowledge of general building maintenance, and preferably be qualified to NVQ level.

To complete organisations Legionella water flushing and temperature monitoring.

To complete organisations Portable Appliance Testing.

Full Training would be provided.

To maintain the gardens and grounds in the absence of the Shrine Gardener.

Hours of work 9 am - 5 pm. 5 days per week with occasional Saturdays and bank holidays.

Annual Salary: £20,969
