**The Role**
The Procurement Business Partner, UK, Head Office, London Office and Ireland (UKHOI) is responsible for working across the cluster to partner with all relevant functions to ensure effective management of all 3rd party supplier spend in across the UK. Key stakeholders to include, but not limited to UK Cluster Leadership Team and Central Support Function (CSF) budget owners, ensuring delivery of key business objectives through the key pillars of Demand Management, Project Management, Stakeholder Management, Strategic Sourcing, Category Management and Risk Management.
As Procurement Business Partner (Cluster) you will act as the main interface for all Procurement initiatives, looking to bring solutions, suppliers, & innovation to support the market outcomes, whilst ensuring compliance to relevant policies. He/she will increase visibility and communication between Procurement, suppliers and stakeholders’ functions and ultimately enable 3rd party goods and services through balancing cost, quality, delivery, and time to market.
The Procurement Business Partner (Cluster) will oversee the management, capture and translation of demand signals into desired sourcing & service requirements - in close collaboration with senior management and budget owners, The Procurement Business Partner (Cluster) will be pivotal to help identify opportunities, implement key improvements and drive overall efficiency and effectiveness of 3rd party spend on goods & services in the markets/cluster.
The role will also be line accountable for any in-country Procurement resource within the cluster. It will ensure all business objectives with the cluster are achieved, development of individuals is conducted and IMB values are ‘lived and breathed’. This will could require both physical line & virtual leadership of a team spread across the respective market/cluster.
Additional Information
The Procurement Business Partner (Cluster) to have a strong procurement background with the ability to engage across a range of categories including A&P, Professional Services and Facilities Management.
**Principle Accountabilities**
- Builds and leverages strong and credible relationships with key senior stakeholders across the business to drive value and manage risk effectively across all 3rd party spend to support business strategy.
- Own the annual procurement planning process and strategy for the cluster and head office to align on business needs and short-, mid
- and long-term objectives.
- Ensure the implementation of efficient procurement processes, including oversight of compliant sourcing from approved suppliers.
- Represent the broader Procurement in understanding business needs and formulating recommendations.
- Ensure best value for money in sourcing through the appropriate influencing skills in the region’s business operations.
- Leverage procurement CoE’s and GBS to bring SME knowledge, support sourcing activities, leverage above market (or above cluster) solutions where possible to drive aggregation, scale and risk mitigation.
- Works closely with the procurement team to ensure that governance and e2e S2P process excellence is achieved for the assigned stakeholder community.
- In collaboration with business stakeholders and Procurement CoE’s drive ESG and supply risk agenda.
