**What you need as a Senior Care Assistant**
- A full driving licence and vehicle to travel to customers
- Permanent right to work in the UK
- Previous experience working in the care sector
- To be passionate about providing a high level of care and support to vulnerable people
- Exceptional listening and communication skills
- A proactive approach and to be able to work on your own initiative
- To be able to work flexibly to best support your customers
Travel required to attend training, and across your local area to support customers.
**What you’ll be doing as a Senior Care Assistant**
- **Providing a unique and tailored high standard of care and support to older adults in their own homes**:
- **Offering genuine companionship and building strong working relationships with customers and families, to provide peace of mind in relation to their wants and needs**:
- **Empowering and encouraging our customers to maintain their independence and live full and active lives**:
- **Playing a proactive role in developing bespoke support plans**:
- **Acting as an ambassador for the services ECL Care Solutions provide**
