**Hours**

25/30hrs

**What this role is about**
- Welcoming customers with a friendly face
- Taking their bets and assisting with queries
- Showing customers how to use betting terminals
- Getting to know your customers to champion safer gambling at all times
- Supporting managers with shop displays and opening/closing
