- £11.54 to £14.42 per hour D.O.E.
- Full time direct employment
- Increased holiday entitlement with service

- This package is equivalent to earning £140 - £160 per day on a self-employed basis_

**The Role - Painter/Decorator**:

- Helping people reinstate households that have suffered fire and flood damage
- Covering a 70 mile radius around the Ferris UK office in Redditch
- Liaising with customers and providing excellent customer service
- Must be able to get along with customers and team members
- Have a desire to learn and progress
- Or help other members of the team progress by passing on experience and teaching

**Skills - Painter/Decorator**:

- At least 3 years’ decorating experience
- Must have a full UK driving licence
- Woodwork, emulsion, paper hanging
- Subskills and insurance industry knowledge are advantageous but not necessary
