**ROLE: PRODUCTION ASSISTANT**

**REPORTS TO: PRODUCTION LEAD**

Working with the Producers and the Production team to assist with the creating, planning and monitoring of shoots for all business divisions. To assist the Producers with the delivery of all projects ensuring costings and timings agreed on the projects are being adhered to.
- Understand systems and workflow processes within the studio and surrounding teams
- Assisting the Producers with the writing of briefs and attending briefing meeting.
- Making sure all project requirements are communicated well to the wider teams and all elements of the project are fully understood.
- Give full support on creative prop sourcing, creative planning for location and studio shoots.
- Reporting the status on all allocated projects in a timely manner as agreed with the Producer.
- Keeping projects to schedule and reporting to the Producers anything that is or could hold up shoots.
- Assisting the Producers to produce timing plans and costings.
- Assisting the Producers by monitoring all aspects of the shoot including, project management, budget management and creative planning, advising of any additional expenditure that should be charged to the client.
- Sample management and product checking across all projects and before shoots.
- Ensuring all job costs are allocated to the job by raising purchase orders where required.
- Model selects and bookings across all projects as required.
- Create call sheets with all relevant and correct information, distribute to all required attendees ahead of shoots
- Support in delivery of assets and ensure a timely delivery as expected by brand/client.
- Building strong relationships with all internal teams - Production, creative, merch, set build, photography, video, artwork, studio and retouch department.
- Keeping an accurate account of your time using Paprika timesheet function.
- To understand the THG Brand industry sector.
