**Website and Content Executive**

**Frasers Hospitality, South Kensington, London**

Working as part of the Digital Marketing and Distribution team the Website and Content Executive will be responsible for managing the content of the digital channels for Frasers Hospitality with the aim of engaging and inspiring our guests.

As Website and Content Executive you will be developing content for the location pages of our properties and helping to drive conversion.

You will be passionate about hospitality, luxury hotels and everything digital. You will be detail oriented and able to work as part of a team as well as on your own.

You will have a strong working knowledge of AEM content management system and Adobe target.

You will be able to use website analytics to inform and track activity.

**Key Tasks**
- Day to day management of content across EMEA location pages of FH website to deliver engaging content and messaging consistency across all digital touchpoints. This includes changing marketing messages, sales offers and promotions, creating bespoke landing pages and general website updates
- Work with the Digital Marketing Team to implement the content plan via the website content spreadsheet in order to support guest, properties and promotional goals
- Ensure that the content developed supports guest needs, improves conversion and sales, and builds the brand awareness.
- Work with the digital marketing team and SEO company to execute a content optimisation programme to improve conversion rate
- Create and develop engaging website content for all properties
- Work with cross-functional teams to understand and promote new products and features available to entice new guests to book online e.g. new propositions, facilities, offers or drive loyalty
- Liaise with various stakeholders across the region and at individual properties to ensure that all content is timely, relevant and accurate
- Support with multiple projects, from conception to delivery and be able to report key findings and learnings
- Report on the KPIs set to demonstrate the effectiveness of content e.g. use of heatmaps and Google Analytics
