**We are currently recruiting for a Shop Floor Supervisor to join our Drake House Retail Park store team in Sheffield, South Yorkshire**

**This is a part time, permanent role, **and will require the flexibility to work shifts in the daytime, evenings and at weekends.**

**As a Floor Supervisor in our store, you will support the Floor Manager **in ensuring that our team delivers the best store standards for our customers**

**You will also**:

- Support the management of our teams and motivate colleagues to increase sales and ensure efficiency
- Provide colleagues in the team with the appropriate skills, knowledge and training
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through the delivery of excellent customer service
- Operate and deliver processes that ensure the store meets all legal requirements
- Play a vital part in continuing to make our stores a fun place to work

**It is essential that you have the following**:

- Experience supervising/managing a small team, in a fast paced retail environment
- The ability to think on your feet and motivate others
- Effective communication skills
- Strong organisation skills
- A flexible approach and a ‘can do’ attitude
