Job Introduction

We are currently recruiting for a Honda Brand Specialist to join our Honda Dealership in Northampton. The hours of work are between 8am to 5pm Monday to Friday, with a permanent day off in the week and working alternate weekends.

As a Honda Brand Specialist, you will be responsible for engaging customers with the latest Honda products and technologies. As part of the sales team you deliver presentations of our products and vehicles, showing an outstanding knowledge and understanding of all things Honda.

Don’t worry if you’re not a Honda expert right now - our comprehensive training programme will teach you everything you need to know to become a Honda Brand Specialist.

You will be people orientated, with a desire to provide exceptional levels of customer service and satisfaction, with excellent communication skills and solution focussed problem-solvers who are passionate about going the extra mile for our clients. Having a history of successfully exceeding customer expectations is critical, as well as an ambition to develop your skills.

Role and Responsibilities

To create and maintain a positive customer-friendly sales environment.

To offer and promote the value of all new and used vehicles in line with Listers and the brand’s trading policies

To guide and inform the customer whilst being able to give a competent and enthusiastic presentation of all of the vehicles within the product range

To achieve a high level of customer satisfaction

About you

You don't need to be from the motor industry; however you will have a proven record of excellent customer service skills and ability to work with people.

The ability to quickly establish and build rapport with our customers.

You will hold a valid UK drivers licence.

You may have previous motor trade experience (preferred), but ultimately hold the potential to forge a successful career in the industry.
