Auction Valuer

Due to the rapid expansion, Pattinson Auction have additional openings for an Auction Valuations Team Member within our National auction team. Our well-established brand is continuing to expand, and we are looking for new members to help maintain growth.

You will benefit from a competitive basic salary and a clear and transparent commission structure, which will enable you to earn uncapped commission. Valuations Team Members are able to list properties for auction and can generate further commission from upselling additional income streams.

This fast paced, exciting, and ever evolving role involves:

- Working with partner agents and vendors.
- Acting as an ambassador of the brand and dealing with our network of more than 1800 partner agents.
- Working to set targets, conversion rates and fee levels.

**The Person**

Ideally some estate agency or auction knowledge is preferred, however, full comprehensive training will be provided.
- A good knowledge of the property market.
- An understanding of valuing and listing properties.
- Have high energy levels and the drive and determination to succeed.
- Be target driven and highly organised.
- Ability to adapt to clients’ needs and expectations.
- Good computer skills with the ability to use Excel and other software systems.
- Excellent communication skills delivering high levels of customer service.

Salary - £19k-£40k OTE.

**Salary**: £19,000.00-£40,000.00 per year
