**Finance Director | Norfolk | £100,000 - £110,000 plus bonus, pension, private medical | Consumer Goods**

Zachary Daniels Finance are exclusively partnering with a leading SME Consumer goods business. The business is a privately owned SME market leader which has shown strong & resilient performance during recent times. The business has a rich heritage, a strongand transformational exec team and has ambitious growth plans.

**About the role**

The Finance Director will report directly to the Chief Executive and have full responsibility for finance across the organisation. There is a significant commercial finance flavour to this role. Whilst the technical aspects of finance are not to be forgotten,it is expected that this appointment will play a key role in the increase of sales, profit, and a finance business partnering culture throughout the company.

**Key responsibilities**
- Overarching responsibility for finance
- Key member of the senior leadership team and direct support to the Chef Exec
- Lead, develop and manage financial strategy
- 'Hands on' operational financial support and business partnering
- Development and improvement of process, procedure and control
- Provision of first class financial reporting to the business and the board
- Full responsibility for budgeting, forecasting, planning & analysis
- Identification and mitigation of risks, compliance, and adherence to regulations
- Leadership and management of the finance team

**Person profile**
- ACA, ACCA, CIMA qualified
- Consumer goods and/or manufacturing experience experience
- Strong character, familiar with working in a privately owned SME environment
- 'Hands on' approach, with an understanding of the requirement to sometimes step out of the 'Finance Director' job description and contribute at all levels of finance
- Excellent stakeholder management skills
- Excellent communication skills (written, verbal, presentation)
- Excellent stakeholder management ability, diplomatic, team player

**Package**

£100,000 - £110,000 plus bonus, pension, private medical
