**Job details**: We are recruiting for a Design and Marketing Officer to join our marketing team on a fixed term contract for one year.
You will contribute to the development and implementation and monitoring of a strategic plan for St Helena Hospice in collaboration with the Head of Marketing and Campaign and Projects Manager that will raise the organisation’s profile, potential profit and awareness.
Provide graphic design support across business wide projects and initiatives.
Take responsibility for the delivery of marketing and communication events and plans across St Helena Hospice, promoting services, fundraising activities and income streams to individuals, organisations and corporate bodies in line with strategic goals.

**Salary**:
£27,000 per annum

**Hours**:
37.5 hours per week

**Location**:
St Helena Hospice, Colchester & remote

Graphic Design skills: You should have a strong understanding of graphic design.
Stewardship and relationship management: Strong communication skills are essential for connecting with stakeholders, both internal and external to encourage brand loyalty and to adhere to brand guidelines.
Creativity and innovation: Generate innovative ideas for content creation, campaign development, and event promotion while maintaining brand consistency.
Team player: Demonstrate strong collaborative skills and a commitment to working effectively with colleagues across departments to achieve shared goals and objectives.
