**Lettings and Resident Services Specialist**

**Key Responsibilities include**:

- **Leasing support**:Assist the Leasing Manager at both lease up and stabilised properties with enquiries and viewings. To qualify and register enquiries and to book viewing appointments at our properties.
- **Resident support**:The Resident Relations and Administration Coordinator will provide residents with appropriate information throughout the tenancy lifespan, including providing renewal information to residents, ensuring legal requirements are met throughout the tenancy and answering any questions that might occur during the tenancy lifespan. Working as part of a team and supporting other team members to deliver an exceptional resident living experience.

**Requirements**:

- **Attention to detail**:Demonstrated experience of previous work or education projects, previous work where attention to detail was a key part of success
- **Computer Literacy**:While training on our property management systems will be provided, we require that the applicant be proficient with Microsoft Office and Outlook and have an aptitude for learning new software
- **Customer Service**: Be able to demonstrate through previous roles the importance of customer service and give examples of how you provided exceptional customer service
- **Customer Facing**: This role will require face to face interactions with our residents and perspective residents. A key requirement of the role is to interact with residents and be able to build strong relationships.
- **Interest in Property Management**:While we do not require previous experience in BTR or property management, a keen interest in the industry and a desire to learn about the sector will help ensure success in the role.

**Salary**: £20,000 to £22000 a year
