**Job Summary**

**Duties**
- Supervise and support team members in their daily tasks, ensuring high standards of food preparation and production.
- Maintain compliance with food safety regulations and health standards to guarantee the safety of all food served.
- Assist in the training and development of staff, providing guidance on culinary techniques, hospitality practices, and customer service.
- Coordinate workflow within the kitchen and dining areas to optimise efficiency and service quality.
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints with professionalism, striving to resolve issues promptly.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist in ordering supplies as necessary to ensure smooth operations.
- Collaborate with management to implement strategies for improving service delivery and team performance.

**Qualifications**
- Proven experience in a supervisory role within the hospitality or restaurant industry is essential.
- Strong knowledge of food safety practices and regulations.
- Background in culinary arts or food production is highly desirable.
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
- Proficient in bartending skills would be an advantage.
- Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with a focus on customer service.
- Ability to work under pressure while maintaining attention to detail.
