**Job Summary**

**Duties**
- Assist in the preparation and processing of payroll for all employees, ensuring accuracy and compliance with relevant regulations.
- Maintain employee records, including data entry and updates for new hires, terminations, and changes in employment status.
- Support the reconciliation of payroll discrepancies by collecting and analysing data as needed.
- Collaborate with the clients to ensure that all employee benefits and deductions are accurately reflected in payroll.
- Utilise accounting software such as QuickBooks and Moneysoft for payroll processing and reporting.
- Assist with accounts payable functions related to payroll expenses.
- Provide support during audits by preparing necessary documentation and reports related to payroll processes.

**Skills**
- Proficiency in QuickBooks or similar accounting software is highly desirable.
- Strong data entry skills with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Ability to analyse payroll data effectively to identify discrepancies or trends.
- Familiarity with general accounts processes is beneficial.
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, to liaise effectively with team members and employees.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: £23,000.00-£26,000.00 per year

Expected hours: 24 - 36 per week
