**Urgent Requirement - Maintenance Manager - Coventry - Permanent**

The role will involve:

- Develop and lead a team to be a market leading reactive and planned maintenance service, valued by our customers at all time
- Ensure constant and strong communication links are maintained with customers on all their requests for planned and reactive maintenance
- Lead on all aspects of reactive maintenance and support customers when issues are stopping normal operations in and around buildings. Be proactive and review these cases and put measures in to reduce future incidents
- Advise customers of progress on repeat or long standing issues and seek suitable solutions to prevent re-occurrence of issues. Drive to reduce reactive maintenance and increase planned approach
- Manage a team of Technicians, Contractors, Apprentices and Maintenance assistants effectively and pro-actively
- Be a single point of contact for Helpdesk/Protection to get updates on reactive and planned works
