We are excited to announce new opportunities available for experienced, estate agency proffessionals to join our passionate team of Sales Progressors based at our award-winning Customer Contact Centre in Watford, Hertfordhire.
As a Personal Property Agent you will be responsible for providing an amazing home moving experience to every buyer and seller within your assigned region; nurturing relationships from post valuation or at the point of instruction to an offer being qualifiedand agreed through to the point of completion, providing marketing updates and guidance and advice on a number of additional products and services Yopa have to offer along the way, Including conveyancing, financial services and bundle packages i.e. premiumlisting, featured property, viewing packs etc
**Responsibilities & Duties**
Proactively Involved in contacting vendors to nurture relationships post valuation right through to completion, while driving average revenue per instruction by upselling conveyancing, financial services and bundle packages i.e., premium listing, featuredproperty, viewing packs etc.
- To provide an amazing home moving experience for each seller, every step of the way; from the point of instruction through to the point of completion.
- Ensuring Monthly communication with the vendor from point of instruction and an offer being qualified and agreed and onwards through to exchange and completion.
- Handle complaints about Yopa and our recommended partner services arising during the transaction and resolve to a positive outcome.
- Remain actively engaged with market in your region, providing first hand advice on marketing strategy and price management to all live vendors on a weekly basis to ensure we sell clients properties swiftly.
- Liaise with various department to resolve customer enquiries
**Skills and Experience Required
- Estate agency/sales negotiation experience is essential.**
- Experience In up-selling/cross-selling additional products and services
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Self-motivated and passionate about providing excellent customer service
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Highly adaptable and can work well as part of a team
- Strong organizational skills and time management; manage multiple tasks while maintaining attention to detail
- Proven Negotiator
- Computer-literate. Training in specific company software/systems will be provided.
