As a Print Artworker, you will play a crucial role in the visual representation across multiple brands and products. Your primary responsibility will be to create visually appealing and compliant artwork for print materials, ensuring that they align with the brand guidelines and meet regulatory requirements.

**Key Responsibilities**

**Graphic Design**:

- Create packaging artwork for a wide range of products within the health and wellness industry. Working closely with the Creative Studio Manager and the wider team.
- Adhere to all design guidelines across multiple brands. Reflecting the brand identity and ensuring a high level of quality is maintained.
- Create multi-language labels, ensuring the provided copy is formatted and presented correctly.
**Regulatory Compliance**:

- Work closely with our Regulatory team to ensure all packaging is industry-compliant.
- Ensure all processes are followed and any design-specific requirements for artwork are applied. e.g minimum font sizes, product warnings, specific icons etc.

**Preparing Print Assets**:

- Prepare print-ready files and collaborate with print vendors to ensure the quality and accuracy of the final printed materials.
- Understand and implement print specifications, colour management, and finishing techniques.

**Time and Task Management**
- Manage own workload across multiple projects simultaneously, prioritising tasks and meeting deadlines.
- Use InMotion (project management system) for all project requests, uploading artwork, making amendments and submitting final assets.
- Maintain in-house filing system by labelling and storing all files correctly.

**Required Skills and Qualifications**:

- Proficiency within Adobe Illustrator is essential. Experience with other Adobe Creative Suite software is a positive but not crucial.
- Proven experience as a graphic designer or print artworker and/or a relevant qualification.
- Experience preparing files for print and understanding colour management etc.
- Excellent attention to detail, with the ability to produce accurate, error-free work.
- Ability to manage own workload across multiple projects and ensure deadlines are met.
