**Senior Care Assistant Overview**: Our Senior Care Assistants play a crucial role in ensuring that our residents receive the highest quality of care. They inspire and support our care team to be person-centred in their approach, providing guidance, training, and mentoring. In addition to working alongside our Care Team as a role model, they also support external multi-disciplinary team visits and help create new care plans and conduct assessments.

Our Senior Care Assistants also play a key role in updating resident care plans, communicating updates to the Care Team Leader, and organising GP/hospital and other external visits. Their dedication and passion for providing exceptional care make a significant impact on the quality of life of our residents.

**About the Home**: Part of a large charitable organisation, Cadogan Court provides residential care, nursing and residential dementia support. We can support up to 70 residents with permanent care or short-stay respite breaks.- Our in-house Training Manager is here to guide you through your induction programme, and our learning and development team is dedicated to helping you flourish and advance your career.
