**About us**

Rossi has been producing award-winning ice cream in Essex since 1932 and seen growth from a local producer to supplying national + independent supermarkets and retailers, food service industry and catering wholesalers.

**Delivery Driver**

An opportunity to join the team at the Rossi Ice Cream manufacturing plant and head office. This is not a typical 9 to 5 job. We are looking for an individual with the flexibility and passion required to work within an expanding company.

Whilst your role will primarily be to pick and deliver customer’s orders, you’ll have the opportunity to evolve and progress within the company.

Main responsibilities:

- Pick and deliver customer’s orders around the south east.
- To project a patient, friendly and professional image at all times.
- To be competent at solving problems wherever necessary.
- To support the promotion of a training culture within the business.
- Liaise with managers / senior staff appropriately.
- Ensure that the position of a delivery driver is always seen as a positive role.
- To undertake and other reasonable duties as directed by management or directors.

**Requirements**:

- Experience in multi drop driving with long wheel-based vans.
- Quick learner with good initiative, communication and time keeping skills.
- Confident to work under your own initiative and see all tasks through to completion.
- Willingness to get involved with other aspects of the business.
- Flexibility with your working hours (including weekends)

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time
Part-time hours: 10-48 per week

**Salary**: £10.00-£11.50 per hour
