Our work schedule follows a two-week rotating pattern that remains consistent throughout the year (Week 1, Week 2, Week 1, Week 2, etc.).

Shift Schedule:
Week 1:

- Tuesday: 10pm - 8am (10 hours)
- Wednesday: 10pm - 8am (10 hours)
- Saturday: 10pm - 8am (10 hours)

Total: 30 hours per week

Week 2:

- Wednesday: 10pm - 8am (10 hours)
- Friday: 10pm - 8am (10 hours)
- Saturday: 10pm - 8am (10 hours)

Total: 30 hours per week

Care Assistants collaborate closely with management to ensure they receive the necessary support and opportunities for professional development in social care, all while striving to provide exceptional care to our residents.
