In 2011 we created the world’s first pop-up dining and shopping destination in the heart of Shoreditch before opening venues in other iconic locations in Croydon, Wembley and in 2024 we opened in Liverpool and Camden.

This is a competitive socialising event space which includes electric shuffle, darts, pool tables, arcades and even its own karaoke rooms

PLAYBOX is looking for a highly dedicated and enthusiastic Senior Host/Hostess to provide friendly and memorable customer experiences within our leisure offering and lead a small team of hosts.

Being confident, approachable, friendly and enjoy working with the public is a must for this role.

Duties include overseeing PLAYBOX bookings and queries, and excellent communications with the management team regarding operations.

Must perform well in a fast-paced environment, with an ability to multi-task and think on your feet.

Reporting to the General Manager your duties/responsibilities will include:

- Delivering an exceptional customer experience.
- Have excellent reservation system knowledge and computer software experience.
- Good knowledge of the operations of the leisure equipment including karaoke rooms.
- Have experience in late-night, social competitive and wet-led businesses with busy environments.
- Strong awareness of offers and promotions within PLAYBOX.
- Co-ordinating with management and teams to ensure fantastic a guest experience
- Time Management - be able to manage your time effectively and that of your fellow hosts.
- Managing a small team of hosts which will include rotas, training, etc.
