We’re looking for an enthusiastic and experienced **Driver Trainer** to take the lead at our Greene King site in **Greenford**. If you have a passion for road safety and a knack for teaching, we want you to steer our drivers toward excellence.

You’ll join us on a full-time, permanent basis, working Monday to Friday. Start times will vary between the hours of 04:00 - 12:00, so some flexibility will be required.

We’re looking to offer a salary of up to **£40,000.00 per annum** and 33 annual leave (inclusive of bank holidays). **What you’ll do on a typical day**:

- Liaise with personnel such as Transport Managers, Transport Planners, and Operations Desk Staff Coordinators as necessary to maximise the benefits of HGV driving training
- Deliver Driver CPC training
- Design and maintain training materials and records

**What you need to succeed at GXO**
- Excellent driving skills and road safety knowledge, working knowledge of Transport and other relevant legislation
- Up-to-date Driver Certificate of Professional Competence
- Experience of delivering training to drivers
- PTLLS Qualified (desirable), other train the trainer qualifications may be accepted
- An ability to adapt your teaching style to accommodate each learner
- Large Goods Vehicle (LGV) Driving Licence Category C+E licence essential
