Working part of the Warehouse team, the Material Handler plays an important role in ensuring customers orders are picked and packed to a high standard, delivering a right first-time service along with attaining our customer service excellence benchmark. Also, providing a just in time picking service to our Production department, contributing to the bigger picture of our Operations departments and upholding the companys mission, vision and values.

**Responsible for**:

- Ensuring stock materials and orders are accurately picked, double checked and packed to according standards.
- Adhering to all set out processes of picking from the correct locations.
- Contribute towards the transportation of stock material from the Warehouse to the Production department of Operations in a timely and safe manner.
- Safely transporting finished items from the drop zone area of the Warehouse into packing area.
- Load packed items onto our own fleet of vehicles as well as carriers ensuring safe practices and adhered to.
- Reporting any incidents such as Near Misses in line with company policy.
- Completing all paperwork requirements, ensuring goods are counted and labelled correctly.
- Keeping the work areas clean and tidy.
- Correctly wearing Personal Protective Equipment as issued and stipulated by the company.
- Safe operations of the companys FLT fleet and any other equipment which has been trained out and signed off.
- Adhering to all QHSE policies and procedures to ensure a safe, efficient and compliant environment.
- Carry out any other reasonable tasks as requested by the company.
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures.
- Act consistently and follow Oadbys core Vision, Mission and Values.
