Criminal Justice Administrator

Overview:
We are recruiting a Criminal Justice Administrator to work within our existing administration team and alongside our Criminal Justice team. The role is based in Huddersfield with a requirement to work across Kirklees to provide support in all our hubs.
**Responsibilities**:
Some of the key elements of the role will include:
- Support the wider administration team by preparing prescriptions, following existing processes, in a safe and timely manner.
- Undertake drug urine testing of people who are on Drug Rehabilitation Requirement orders on an agreed basis (which may be up to weekly). Record the results accurately on the client record system and highlight any anomalies to the allocated Recovery Co-ordinator.
- Coordinate discharge plans for service users leaving Prison
- Work with the Data Analyst to agree data collection for the Project. On an agreed basis, no less than weekly, prepare data reports to monitor progress on KPI’s and produce in a format that meets the needs of the audience.
- Work with the Data Analyst to identify high performance and exceptions and liaise with the Project Lead to feed into operational delivery of the Project.
- Work with the Nursing team to offer healthcare interventions to the criminal justice cohort which may be for Blood Borne Viruses, access to Hepatitis C treatment, Hepatitis B vaccinations
- Work as part of the wider administration team to manage periods of peak demand within the service
