**About the role**:
We are currently seeking a Lecturer in Computing to join our Computing department at The Bedford College Group**.**

As a Lecturer, you play an important role in the success of our students through:

- **Teaching & Student Success** - Deliver high-quality, inclusive teaching across a range of programmes and levels, supporting students to achieve their full potential through engaging lessons, tutorials, and tailored learning experiences.
- ** Curriculum & Quality Development** - Contribute to curriculum innovation, develop new courses aligned with funding priorities, and ensure schemes of work and assessments meet awarding body standards and quality assurance requirements.
- ** Assessment & Progress Monitoring** - Assess and verify student work, maintain accurate records, monitor progress, and implement timely interventions to support achievement and progression.
- ** Collaboration & Engagement** - Work closely with colleagues, employers, and external bodies; participate in open days, marketing events, and course team meetings; and support wider college initiatives and events.
- ** Compliance & Professional Standards** - Uphold TBCG values and policies, including safeguarding, equality, health and safety, and continuous professional development, ensuring the student experience remains central to all activities.

The Bedford College Group was formed in 2017 following the merger of Bedford College and Tresham College and is now the largest provider of education in the South East Midlands, with over 15,000 students passing through our doors each year.
