Then we want to hear from you** We provide every new Care Professional with full extensive induction no matter what previous experience they may have; this means we ensure every Care Professional is providing quality care to our “Good enough for mum” standard As one of our Care Professionals your role can vary from day to day and client to client. The support we offer our clients can be anything from companionship, light domestic duties, meal preparation to supporting with medication, personal care and dementia care. Advantages to being a Home Instead Care Professional includes: - ** We’re local** - we assure all assignments are based within your local area to reduce travel time to a maximum of 15 minutes between each call - ** Your clients** - The clients you are assigned are the same clients you will see each week to enable you to establish a strong bond. - ** Client Matching - **We match our Care Professionals to our clients based on mutual interests and hobbies to help build relationships and provide clients with continuity of care. - ** Support** - we have a dedicated operations team in our office who are there to assist you whenever necessary. Our Guaranteed Hours Contracts means you will know the minimum amount you will earn each month as we know that being able to plan a family budget is crucial for everyone. Of course, if you work extra hours you earn more; there isn’t a ceiling. If you are happy to have a zero-hours contract because that suits your lifestyle that’s fine with us.
