RESPONSIBILITIES
A manufacturer is responsible for mixing pre-weighed raw materials, using large vessels and equipment, to create a bulk ready for filling and packaging. This role is supported by material handlers and highly relies on technical skills. High attention to detail is required, in addition to an ability to understand and follow all methods and work instructions.
**Your main focus**:
Follows basic Trouble Shooting Processes in order to address issues
Ensure that targets are achieved whilst maintaining customer demands at the lowest possible cost whilst achieving the required quality standards.
Follow precisely all written manufacturing instructions provided on Manufacturing Order (MO) or if any mistakes are found then record what you have done and report these to IC.
Conduct Quality tests and input data according to batch requirements
Proficiently use current electronic shop floor control systems
Health and Safety
Follow all Company Safety Procedures and adhere to all processes, procedures and guidelines in place.
Quality
Achieve weighing and manufacturing quality targets and ensure relevant paper work is completed correctly.
Perform visual checks on raw materials at point of use.
Perform the handling and weighing of raw materials according to batch requirements.
You will work closely together with several departments such as Material Handlers, R&D and Industrial Chemistry teams. All your colleagues are very experienced and teamplayers. Working in the team, you feel welcomed.

YOU ARE A COTY FIT
You like to work independently but also as part of a team. You are conscientious and thorough. As an experienced Manufacturer, you will feed off the energy you get from working in a fast-paced environment. Other than that, you should have/be:
Factory experience desirable, but not essential.
Good level of written and spoken English.
Available for alternative shift pattern/fixed night shift.
Capable of performing manual tasks, using manual handling equipment.
Open to a diverse workplace and loves to work in a team.
