Vibe is one of Lancaster’s biggest and boldest nightclub, with an 840-person capacity and huge plans for growth. Since opening our Dalton Square venue in September 2022, we’ve been building something special, and now we want YOU to be a part of it.

We already have an incredible team of 30 part-time staff and a dedicated group of Supervisors who support training, development, and team spirit. Now, as we expand, we’re looking for more brilliant people to join the family.

**Who we’re looking for**

We’re not just hiring anyone. We’re after passionate, people-focused team players who bring good vibes and great energy.

✔ **Team Players** - You’ll be working with 20+ staff each night, so being friendly, approachable, and reliable is key
✔ **Great Communicators** - You’ll be chatting with customers all night
- personality is a must
✔ **Flexible & Adaptable** - You might be behind the bar one night, on the floor or front door the next
✔ **Energetic & Enthusiastic** - Shifts are usually 11pm-5amwe need people who bring the energy

**The Details**
- We’re open every Friday & Saturday night, with additional midweek shifts available during uni term time and occasional daytime shifts too
- You’ll typically work at least **2 shifts per week**:

- Full training provided — no experience necessary
- You must be **18+** (due to alcohol sales and licensing laws)
- Availability for weekends & bank holidays is essential
- Interviews will be followed by a **paid trial shift**
