**The role**
- You will manage the day-to-day administration of flexible benefit services for a portfolio of clients, including monthly payroll reconciliation
- Using your excellent communication skills, you’ll act as a primary point of contact for Clients and their benefit providers
- Being client facing you will work closely with internal stakeholders to build relationships with your clients, ensuring their needs are met and addressing any queries or concerns, in a proactive and professional manner

**What We’re Looking For**
- High level of numeracy with strong Microsoft Office skills including familiar with Excel formulas such as VLOOKUPs, to reconcile and analyse data
- Knowledge of Workplace pensions and auto-enrolment
- Proven success in taking ownership, using root cause analysis techniques to investigate and share your findings.
- Strong relationship building and both verbal and written communication skills
- Be able to identifies opportunities to improve processes and support other members of your team.
