Eden Brown are working in partnership with a Bromsgrove based interior fit-out subcontractor, who are currently recruiting for a Project Coordinator.

Our client a family run business have an immediate requirement which will support their business.

**Main Duties and Responsibilities**

Project coordination for construction projects:

- Place and follow up orders for materials and labour
- Supply chain negotiation
- Creating project programmes
- Delivering weekly cost status sheets for all projects
- Finding labour across the country to support the site managers
- Filing of site files / completed projects
- Completing health and safety documentation and performance questionnaires
- Providing support to Commercial team

**Desired Knowledge and skills**
- Strong communication skills (verbal and written)
- Excellent telephone manner
- Strong Microsoft Office skills and numerical ability
- The ability to build effective collaborative working relationships
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to work quickly and accurately
- Basic geographic knowledge of UK
- Experience of working for a construction company preferably a specialist sub-contractor in a coordination, administrative, purchasing, buyer or technical role (1 - 2 years experience)
- Manage project supply chain partners effectively and efficiently.
- Ideally educated to relevant HNC or Degree standard (not essential if suitable experience can be demonstrated)

**Additional information**

**Salary**: £25,000.00 per year
