Adult Support Worker

**Fulbridge Social Care** are currently recruiting experienced or unexperienced Support Workers to join our flexi team and to gain experience by providing support in our client services.
Support Workers can be placed in various settings such as residential or supported living.
You will provide care and support to service users aged 18yrs+, to help them develop the life skills that they require for everyday living, by assisting them in household tasks but to promote independence as priority.
In some services, this will include providing personal, domestic, and emotional care. You will work with service users to encourage social inclusion, alongside other members of the team and external agencies to promote independent living, encouraging residents to maximise their skills and choices.
**Personal Specification**:
- Ability to work as part of a team and be self-motivated
- Ability to be a good role model
- Attend work reliably and punctually
- Strong character
- Practical support skills
**Pay Rate**: Hourly pay starts at £9.50 per hour, upon completion of 500 hours worked this will increase to £10.50 per hour. £12.00 per hour for bank holidays. £35 per sleep in.
**Shift Patterns**:
- 7am-10pm
- 7am-2pm
- 2pm-10pm
- 11pm-7am
- Sleep ins
**Job Types**: Temporary contract, Zero hours contract
**Salary**: £9.50-£12.00 per hour
