**Role: Hospital Administrator**
**Hospital: Private Hospital in St Helen's**
**Salary: £22,000 - £23,000**
**Role of Hospital Administrator**
- Answering inbound calls re appointments and general enquiries
- Rescheduling and amending appointments
- Overseeing the closure of consultations
- Making up cosmetic consultation packs ahead of co-ordinator clinics
- Collating and making up patient files, maintaining a filing system of completed consultations and upcoming operations; Booking forms, notes and checklists
- Taking payments and recording on the system when patients ring into the department
- Checking meeting requests and ensuring all ops are booked 2 weeks in advance
- Providing Front of House cover when required
- Adhoc duties such as confirming appointments if required, overflow call handling, booking consultations etc.
**Requirements of Hospital Administrator**:
- Excellent interpersonal & customer service skills
- Excellent communication skills (written & verbal)
- Strong organisational and planning skills
- Computer literate with good working knowledge of all MS Office (Word, Excel & Outlook)
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: £22,000.00-£23,000.00 per year
