We are searching for a **Goods Receiver** to join our team at _Chateau Denmark_. As a **Goods Receiver**, you'll report directly to the Stock Controller and Head of Finance, working closely with the team to ensure every product meets our high standards. With an eye for detail and a passion for quality, you will play a key role in maintaining the presentation of goods, contributing to an exceptional guest experience at Chateau Denmark while delivering service with a 'no half measures' attitude.

**Key Duties**
- Ensure all maxi and minibars are stocked according to par levels, clean, and ready for guest use.
- Receive all deliveries and manage goods entering and exiting the storage area, ensure stock rooms remain clean, organized, and tidy.
- Maintain accurate records of all incoming and outgoing items in the stockroom.
- Collaborate with the Butler team to ensure accurate distribution of goods to the necessary areas.
- Maintain exclusive control over deliveries (invoices, delivery notes, expiration dates) and stock counts (snacks, beverages, and miscellaneous items).
- Assist with monthly and external stock counts.
- Conduct daily spot checks of stock in storage areas and unoccupied rooms.
- Work closely with the wider team and departments to ensure timely delivery of goods to appropriate areas and alignment with their operational needs.
- Record and report all stock transfers to the Senior Butler and Procurement Manager in a timely manner.
- Comply with all health and safety procedures, particularly those related to food and beverage handling.

Chateau Denmark is based at Denmark Street, London, WC2H 8LP, and the closest tube station is Tottenham Court Road, on the central, northern and Elizabeth line.
