Project Administrator

Location: Brighton, hybrid: Expected to be in the Brighton office for a minimum of 2 days per week.

Contract: 12-month FTC

Hours: Full time, 37.5 hours per week

**Salary**: £26,000 dependent on experience

Role Summary

In the Project Administrator role, you will provide numerical and written administrative support to Senior Project Officers and Project Managers. The role sits within the Project Management Units who are central to the delivery of Itad’s growing project portfolio. We work closely with Itad consultants, clients and a range of chosen external suppliers. We’re a highly supportive team with a strong commercial and contract focus, taking pride in our efficient operational delivery.

Key Accountabilities
- Upload project budget figures into Itad’s finance system, learning various project contract types and processes.
- Support project budget planning, forecasting and reporting through use of Itad’s finance system, managing multiple requests simultaneously.
- Support data migration and data quality when transferring to Itad’s new finance system, proactively identifying issues as you progress.
- Ensure the accurate input of supplier information into relevant systems.
- Draft supplier services agreements and other items based on Itad templates and project specific information.
- Take the lead in completing reporting templates as requested and to time.

Experience
- Working in an organised and effective way is essential.
- Working within a busy, professional environment with an emphasis on clear communication both in person and remotely is essential.
- Demonstrating a track record of delivering numerical and written accuracy is essential.
- Working independently and as part of a team is essential.
- Working end to end processes through to completion is essential, including in a wide range of IT systems.

Desirable
- Experience of working in a projects-based business.
- Experience of working with suppliers and contracts.
- Experience of working in the international development sector.
- Experience of working with MS Dynamics.
