**Supervisor Groundsman/ Cleaner**

**Location: Ashford, TN25 4BN**

**Salary: £13.76 per hour**

**Shift Pattern: Monday - Friday 6-14.00 30 minute lunch unpaid. 37.5 hours per week**

A fantastic opportunity has arisen within Bidvest Noonan for a Supervisor Groundsman/ Cleaner to join the team and work at our client’s prestigious site.

All our Supervisors must have experience supporting and influencing a small to medium team of cleaning operative whilst also getting involved in cleaning duties. You will need to have a positive and can do attitude, and a real passion for managing a team.

**Duties as a **Supervisor Groundsman/ Cleaner**:

- Grounds maintenance including, hedge cutting, lawn mowing and general ground cleaning tasks
- Cleaning duties which including, vacuuming, dusting and cleaning, wiping surface areas and making sure all areas are neat and tidy
- Performing general sweeping, scrubbing, and mopping
- Disposing of trash from bins

**Job role requirements as a **Supervisor Groundsman/ Cleaner**:

- Experience in grounds maintenance
- Full UK driving licence
- Preferably holding PA1/PA6 weed spraying licence
- Comfortable working outside in all weathers
- Comfortable working alone and in a team
- Ability to prioritise and manage an ever-changing workload
- Flexible
