**International Events Co-ordinator - Bristol-based office* with International Travel**

Salary range circa £24-£26k depending on experience

*Currently we are operating a hybrid model with at least three days per week in the office.

Voyageur Publishing & Events is a world leader in the provision of conferences and publications to the international travel healthcare and insurance community

As an International Events Co-ordinator, you will be a key part of our international events team. On a day-to-day basis, you will assist our delegates from the international travel insurance and healthcare community. You will be familiar with, and responsible for, creating and managing digital communications, as well as other functions such as sponsorship and exhibition promotions for our global conferences (and awards ceremonies).

Key responsibilities:

- Support the development of a communications (and marketing) strategy for the global events
- Produce digital communications for attendees, sponsors and exhibitors
- Manage event admin
- Contribute to the maintenance and upkeep of data lists
- Report on/analyse data to help future marketing strategies
- Maintain and update our event management software and mobile app
- Collaborate with our in-house design and marketing department to ensure brand continuity
- Support the global events team
- Attend and work at the events.

What we are looking for:

- At least two years’ experience with digital communications
- A hands-on approach, great attention to detail and the ability to be comfortable communicating at all levels
- A ‘fresh thinker’, ideally with a background in events or a similar corporate B2B environment
- Experience across all social media platforms
- Excellent written and communication skills.

This is a full-time position.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £24,000.00-£26,000.00 per year
