This role is a new and exciting opportunity to work with the Occupational Health Physiotherapy and Nursing teams across all NCA sites.

You will be supporting NCA staff to improve their physical health and wellbeing.
- Previous experience as a physiotherapy assistant or working in a nursing or social care setting is essential for this post.
- Experience in exercise/ fitness is desirable for this role.
- Excellent supervision and training on the job is provided.
- Become part of a friendly, supportive and motivated team.
- Working hours will be Monday to Friday daytime shift, with travel between NCA sites required over the course of a week.

The main duties of this Band 3 role are carrying out health checks and delivering exercise sessions for staff.
- Lead exercise sessions as directed by a physiotherapist in 1:1 format and group settings, both face to face and virtually via MS Teams.
- Carrying out health checks, including waist measurements, BMI calculations and lifestyle questionnaires.
- Support nursing clinics as required, which could include questionnaires, venepuncture, and supporting vaccination clinics.
- To carry out a range of non-clinical duties e.g. housekeeping and clerical.
- Communicate with health professionals and the wider MDT, regarding aspects of patient care.
