**More about the role and what we need from you**,
- Working 3-4 days per week (days to be confirmed later).
- Travel to customers sites, using own vehicle, and manage daily workloads set by the office, in line with customer expectations.
- Carry out site inspections, risk assessments and review of client documentation. This could be Fire, Legionella, Disability Access and Health and safety.
- Produce risk assessment reports using the company software in a timely manner with attention to detail.
- Identify remedial actions and recommendations.
- Develop and maintain good working relationships with colleagues and clients.
- Use of own mobile device with data is essential.

Schedule:

**Education**:

- A-Level or equivalent (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Fire Risk Assessing: 3 years (required)
- Health & Safety Risk Assessing: 3 years (required)
- Legionella Risk Assessing: 3 years (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- UK Driving Licence (required)
- Level 3 Award in Fire Risk Assessment (preferred)

Willingness to travel:

- 50% (required)
