- At our global Baked Centre of Excellence in High Wycombe you will have a hands-on role in bench and pilot scale production trials of sweet and savoury snacks.
- You will help build global technology platforms surrounding innovation opportunities as well as healthier reformulation, connecting with regional product development teams for multi-product and multi-market deployment.
- Build and test hypotheses and scientific principles to create new formulation-led innovations that meet consumer needs.
- Plan and lead bench and pilot scale production of baked snacks
- Create and test recipes with targeted nutritional composition.
- Collaborate with suppliers to identify and adopt relevant new ingredients.
- Ensure samples are comprehensively assessed through analytical (eg texture, rheology), sensory and consumer testing.
- Data interpretation and presentation to stakeholders
- Strong collaboration with a broad range of teams from ideation to landing in market.
- Competitor benchmarking and insight sharing
